Delivery

Infiniti Fitness has an excellent reputation for speedy and efficient delivery.

As a general rule, orders received by 11.00am will be despatched that same day (subject to stock availability).

All bulky items are shipped by road freight. Smaller parcels will be sent by Australia Post E-parcel.

Delivery is Australia wide and delivery times are generally as below:-

• Sydney Metropolitian area - 1 to 2 working days
• Sydney Regional area - 2 working days
• Australian Capital Territory - 2 working days
• Victoria - 2 to 3 working days
• Queensland - 2 to 3 working days
• South Australia - 3 to 4 working days
• Western Australia - 4 to 7 working days
• Northern Territory - 4 working days
• Tasmania - up to 7 working days

If orders cannot be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock, you will be advised immediately and be given an estimated delivery time.

Shipping is to Australia only.

Returns/Refunds for Wholesale Customers

Customers are entitled to return where wrong goods are delivered in which case a return exchange is offered. Refunds are available only where the product is dead on arrival and an exchange is not the customer's preference. In these cases shipping will be at Infiniti cost. Please assist by providing copy of invoice or other proof of purchase when returning goods for exchange or refund.

No goods will be accepted for return unless prior arrangement has been made with Infiniti Fitness and a Return Authority number has been issued.
